Secrecy
Both contracting parties are obliged to keep business transactions strictly confidential.
This also applies to consulted third parties. There is secrecy duty also after the duration of the cooperation as far as the business transactions have not got acquaintance to general public in between.

Right of use
With a definite handing over of works or completion of the performances on the part of mpr the customer purchases - payment as stipulated in the contract presupposed - all transferable rights to the use of the work made in the context of the PR contract, on the whole if rights of third parties do not stand contrary.

Liability
mpr is only liable to the customer opposite for firm intention and gross negligence regarding its contractual tasks.

Place of jurisdiction
for the two sides is Frankfurt on Main, Germany.

Terms of payment
at flat orders 50% of the fee with order, 50% within 5 working days after final billing on the part of mpr at individual fees within 5 working days of billing on the part of mpr. Travel expenses and out of the pocket expenses within 5 working days of billing on the part of mpr
